How is the poster sent?

We print locally in 30 countries around the world, and ship to over 170 countries. We will print at the facility closest to your address to reduce shipping times and carbon emissions. Shipping is always free. With a small charge, we also offer a "digital file" to be attached with your order. This would allow you to print more copies yourself if desired.

When will my purchase arrive?

All Posters: 3-10 days 

Custom orders require an additional 2 to 5 days. Cartoon work requiring the most time.

      Can I ask for revisions if I don't like the custom design?

      No problem, just let us know and we will make the desired changes.

      Do the posters come with frames?

      Unfortunately we do not ship our posters with frames. However, we made this decision to save you from expensive shipping costs. We recommend you purchase a frame in store where it's often cheaper.

      UPDATE: We now offer frames and canvas prints with custom orders. Standard posters will still be shipped without a frame.

      Can I use photos shot on a phone?

      Sure! Most phones today have very good camera quality. If the quality is bad we will let you know.

      Can I have my photo checked before I order?

      Most photos will work just fine. If you are not sure and would like to check, send it to help@customdebuts.com and we can help you out!

      What payment methods do you accept? 

      We accept most major payment providers including PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

      What quality should my photo be?

      Usually the larger the better. We suggest it be at least 2000 x 3000 pixels. It should also be in the .JPG or .PNG file format. Don't stress, if we run into issues we will let you know!
